Job Description:
Job Description Duration: 6 Months with possible extension Roles
and Responsibilities: Process requests such as license,
registration, and/or resolve customer issues. Confer with customers
to provide information about services, cancel accounts, or obtain
details of requests. Resolving a variety of tax account issues and
complex tasks. Research and respond to all inquiries and requests
for all tax types. Assists staff in processing workload. Assist
with training Customer Service Representatives. Evaluates and
effectively recommends changes to work processes and procedures.
Balance the cash drawer at the close of each shift. Calculate total
payments received, reconcile the results with the office daily
total and process daily deposits. Company Description About our
