Job DescriptionSalary: Client Concierge:The You Call The Schotz Real Estate TeamWe are a high producing residential real estate team that helps people buy and sell homes.Bryce Schotz is our team leader who has grown the business over the past 9+ years with thehelp of his wife, Shawna, who works diligently behind the scenes. As a team we are looking togrow so that we can continue to provide the highest level of service to our clients.Who are we looking for? A licensed agent to be our Client Concierge.Our Client Concierge will primarily be working with our buyers but will be called upon to assistwith our listings and other various tasks that improve the efficiency of our team. They will be anindividual who is sociable, detail-oriented, a problem solver, and able to adapt on the fly. Theyare always on time, forward thinking, and has the desire to hone in on their skills to support thelead agent in achieving team success, while growing their own skills to develop within the team.Compensation will be discussed during the interview.Requirements:• Arizona Real Estate License• Flexible work schedule• Work Weekends and Evenings• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to multitask• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving• Comfortable with meeting new people• Proficient in various technologies, including but notlimited to: MS Word/Excel, general CRM knowledge, generalemail programs, general knowledge of social media• Task oriented• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasksEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Buying Side:Prep and accompany Bryce to buyer consultation and take diligent notes with follow up email tobuyerSet up and monitor MLS searches for buyer and research all existing and new listings that meetbuyers criteria while staying in constant communication with buyerSchedule showings and prepare all necessary printoutsShow homes to buyers and provide all notes and feedback to BrycePrepare contractsMeet inspectors, contractors, family members and other vendors at house as necessarySchedule final walkthroughs, signings, and delivery of closing giftsListing Side:Hang/ remove sign riders, set up / remove lockbox, deliver flyers and complete general propertychecks including turning lights on/off before/after listingsInput listings into MLS as a draftGather feedback from showings and share with BryceOrganize multiple offers to present to BryceShow listings to new leadsHold Open HousesGeneral:Attend weekly team meetingsHelp generate and cultivate new leadsWhen a team member is sick or on vacation you will be called upon to assist in additional teamtasksHelp with any marketing for events such as but not limited to our client appreciation event Compensation Opportunity: $40-70k Annually
