Small Business Lending Operations is a division that develops and markets lending products to small businesses. This candidate demonstrates a passion for owning the customer's experience, exceeding customer expectations, and delivering right fit solutions; additionally possessing dedication and expertise to delivering a high end service experience to customers and bankers. The Senior Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to our customers and bankers to support all of their account servicing needs. Communications with our bankers and customers will also include email follow up to support our customer requests. Duties may include: responding to banker/customer inquiries; servicing accounts; maintenance requests; resolving routine and escalated issues; and communicating with other departments as necessary. Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: client services, financial services, or call center, demonstrated through work, military, or education
  • 1+ year of call center environment experience
