Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Compile and review carrier invoices daily, uploading documents and ensuring each invoice has the completed documents received in full according to the specifications outlined in each carrier's settlement. Process and complete each carrier invoice in transportation system along with invoicing the customer.
  • Manage carrier email folder, create settlement schedules, provide carrier payment statuses, and maintain carrier profile information. Work closely with AP team to ensure payments are made on time.
  • Create daily/weekly excel spreadsheet for review and work with the logistics department to ensure carriers are sending in invoices in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate a team effort by contributing to department goals and accomplishing individual goals as required
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success and expectations of the department
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager Basic Qualifications: Familiar with Excel, Microsoft office and Word *Additional Desirable Qualifications Skills and Knowledge:* Knowledge of the transportation industry Knowledge of TMW Transportation systems Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be in an open cubicle and/or normal office environment.
