Service Consultant / Customer Advisor Camelback Toyota is now hiring Service Advisors with 2+ experience. We are determined to provide each of our customers with a memorable, hassle-free visit to our store and are actively seeking an outgoing, aggressive sales representative to handle our customers repair needs while at the same time investing effort in reaching the departments profitability goals. ** We are strictly looking for applicants who have previous experience in automotive dealerships ** Daily Responsibilities Will Include: - Assisting all customers in selecting suggested service in a friendly, professional manner - Generating service order estimates/ quotes for customers - Scheduling appointments - Resolving customer complaints - Keeping CSI at or above region monthly - Maintaining value, quality, and integrity Our store has been in the same location for over 30 years, and prides itself on having built an extremely loyal clientele.
