OP Start Desk-Customer ServiceProvide builder service support and account management for the service center. The entry level OP position is responsible for the transfer of the builder's selection information, PO's and other processing information to Maestro. Provide detailed communication related to product, delivery, and scheduling to all customers and clients. Work should be consistent with our Mission Statement, CITE Principles, and Timberlake standard operating procedures (SOP).Pay: $14.75 to $17.70 an hour Depending on experiencePosition: Start Desk - Contract to HireWork Type: Currently working Remote and doing Zoom Trainings - They plan to go back in office but that is up in the air at the moment due to Covid-19 Hiring Manager wants to see:Longevity - this is crucial, they love longevityCompanies like Lowe's, Bed Bath Beyond, Home Depot, etc.Analytical and pays attention to detail in this position is a mustTeam oriented and able to collaboratePosition Entails: 400 emails a day where they toggle back and forth between their own email and the company email. This position deciphers where the email goes and needs to be able to read the entire email, pay attention to detail and stay organized.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Effectively perform data entry and verification of customer orders using current operating SOP's.Develop and maintain a proficient working knowledge of Maestro, Order Billing System (OBS), Quality Management Systems (QMS) and other AWC proprietary systems.Pre-call customers for delivery verificationAbility to key and release ordersCreate vendor PO'sTransfer Hyphen "Build Pro" information to the lot levelCreates primary install taskConfirm delivery and installations dates. Reschedule as neededIdentify and communicate builder change notices -- - - Update primary install task related to builder changesDevelop an extensive knowledge product base.Resolve customer related issues.Assist in obtaining purchase orders and EPO's per policy, as needed. QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
