Responsibilities include: Assisting customer/players visiting the lottery office by providing excellent customer service, solving customer service concerns, selling and redeeming tickets, answering questions, providing materials, explaining process and games.Handling phone inquiries, providing winning numbers, explaining games, mailing requested materials, and redirecting calls to another department when neededProcessing incoming mail and other administrative tasks including preparing bank deposits, balancing daily reconciliation, preparing correspondence to internal and external customers.Responsible for processing payments using customer's personal identifying information and securely storing information.This position requires a flexible schedule with opening and closing the office as a possible shift.Contract length: 5 monthsJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $13.75 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 408-809-3419
