• Setting: Level I Trauma
• Start Date: 2/16/2026
• Schedule:
  • 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
  • Must be flexible for days, nights, and at least one weekend per month
  • Night coverage: 3 6 shifts/month (OB or OR)
• Coverage: Scheduled only
• Assignment Length: 26 weeks
• Employment Type: Locum Tenens (1099)
• Pay Range: $200 $240/hr (call to discuss structure)

• High-risk OB cases
• OR coverage
• Trauma experience preferred

• Supervised model
• Level I Trauma Center
• Credentialing timeframe:
  • AZ license: 6 weeks
  • IMLC: 2 months
  • Non-licensed: 3 months
• EMR: Not specified

• NBCRNA
• Active AZ license or IMLC (will license)
• Minimum 1 year CRNA experience in hospital setting
• OB experience required
• ACLS, BLS, PALS preferred
