Job Summary and Responsibilities Dignity Health Medical Group -
Arizona is seeking a full-time clinical and academic physician for
the multidisciplinary Infectious Disease service line in its
flagship location of St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in
Phoenix, Arizona. Under direction from the clinical chairman,
provides patient care in both the inpatient and outpatient setting:
Provide direct patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings
Monday-Friday, 8a- 5p, with rotational weekend hospital and call
coverage (average 1:4) Provide clinical supervision and teaching
for residents and medical students Be part of a multidisciplinary
team that provides excellent care for all patients Job Requirements
Successful completion of residency program Successful completion of
residency program Board qualified or certified. AZ licensed
physician Credentialed SJHMC. Membership in appropriate
professional associations and societies A passion for providing
clinically excellent care MD or DO degree Successful completion of
an ACGME accredited residency program and an Adult Infectious
Disease fellowship Active/Eligibile board certification Internal
Medicine / Infectious Disease Must have or be eligible for an AZ
State medical license Ability to achieve full and unrestricted
hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
