Job Description:
At U.S. Renal Care, we are dedicated to providing exceptional
care to patients with kidney disease. As an Acute Dialysis RN, you
will play a vital role in managing the clinical needs of our
patients in an acute setting. This position involves working
closely with patients who require immediate dialysis services due
to the acute nature of their condition. You will be responsible for
monitoring patient conditions, administering dialysis treatments,
and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure
comprehensive care. Our commitment to excellence in patient care

patients. Provide dialysis nursing care to patients in an acute
setting. Monitor patient conditions during treatments, noting any
significant physical or emotional changes. Coordinate with doctors
and other healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families on kidney disease, dialysis
treatment, and related health maintenance. Maintain accurate
patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory
requirements. Administer medications as prescribed and assist with
patient management before, during, and after dialysis. Ensure that
the dialysis machines and equipment are set up correctly and used
safely. Respond to and manage any complications that arise during
dialysis treatments quickly and effectively. Proficiency in
operating dialysis machines. Strong assessment and monitoring
skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability
to work calmly and efficiently under pressure. Knowledge of proper
sanitization and safety procedures. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. BLS/CPR Certification.
Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Certified Dialysis
Nurse (CDN) preferred.
