Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not

opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist
specializing in school-based services. This contract position is
based in Phoenix, AZ, serving students from kindergarten through
8th grade. The role begins immediately and extends through June 5,
2026, offering stability and the chance to make a meaningful impact
on a diverse student population. Key Responsibilities: Provide
direct and indirect occupational therapy services to a caseload of
approximately 80 students. Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans tailored to each students needs. Collaborate
closely with educators, families, and other professionals to
support student success. Monitor progress and adjust interventions
as necessary. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with
school policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience in
school-based settings. Strong understanding of pediatric
developmental stages and school environment needs. Ability to
manage a large caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality
care. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Location:
Phoenix, AZ (school-based setting) Benefits and Compensation:
