Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • No current placement allowed at Program: Phoenix Children’s (Direct) Program. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Required Skills/Experience: 2 years’ experience as an RN in pediatric critical care Preferred Skills/Experience: Level III or IV NICU hospital experience preferred. Children’s hospital experience preferred. Required Credentials: Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
