Job Description:

American Medical Response (AMR) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Clinical Transport Registered Nurse (CCTRN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier medical care and transportation services to patients in emergency and non-emergency situations. As a CCTRN at AMR, you will work collaboratively with EMS personnel to ensure the safety and well-being of patients during transport, applying advanced clinical skills in a dynamic and challenging environment. Assess patient condition and formulate individualized patient care plans during transport. Administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor patient vital signs in accordance with established protocols. Collaborate with emergency medical technicians and paramedics to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Maintain communication with healthcare facilities to ensure timely and effective patient hand-offs. Document medical care and observations thoroughly and accurately in patient records. Participate in continuous education and training to remain abreast of best practices in critical care transport. Strong clinical skills in critical care and ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of detailed medical documentation. Proficient in using medical transport equipment and technology. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Certification as a Certified Clinical Transport Nurse (CCTRN) required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
