The Opportunity Seeking Hospitalist physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Current national certification, DEA, BLS, and ACLS required. At least one (1) year of previous inpatient experience required. Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired. Current AZ state license is a plus. The Practice HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center – Phoenix, Arizona A 204-bed, full-service hospital. Level I Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center. 35-bed closed ICU with a full panel of sub-specialty backup. An average of 30-40 admits per day per hospitalist, an average of 8-10 admits per night, and an annual volume of 11,302. 24/7 in-house intensivists, imaging, and lab.
