Job Description Tenet-AZ Region is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) ED - Emergency Department for a nursing job in Phoenix, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Duration: Ongoing - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours - Employment Type: Staff /n/n Job Summary /n/n/n The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit, delivering individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside care in alignment with the nursing process and patient needs. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care planning and ensure optimal patient outcomes. /n - Serves as a clinical leader by assessing, planning, delegating, and exercising independent judgment in directing other healthcare staff in the provision of safe, effective care. - Evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice, supporting patient goals, and ensuring safety guidelines and work practices. - Promotes safe and efficient patient throughput in a high-volume acute care setting to optimize workflow and daily operations in a procedure-driven facility. - Key duties include directing patient care, participation in hourly rounding, and supervision of healthcare team members. - Special Skills - We are seeking enthusiastic new graduate nurses who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential. - Candidates should be prepared to adapt to a fast-paced environment with occasional periods of above-average pressure and demonstrate excellent customer service and basic computer skills.
