Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Embark on a transformative
journey as a Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room,
with a prime focus in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, your
vigilance, technical mastery, and compassionate presence are
essential to guiding patients through some of their most pivotal
moments. You’ll work alongside surgeons, anesthesiologists, and a
dynamic care team to deliver precise, patient-centered care that
supports faster recoveries and safer outcomes. From meticulous
prepping and sterile technique to adept anticipation of equipment
needs and swift intraoperative decision-making, your expertise will
drive seamless procedures and confident patient experiences. You’ll
have the chance to refine your surgical nursing skills across
diverse cases, from general to orthopedic, cardiovascular to
neurosurgery, all while contributing to a culture that values
safety, dignity, and teamwork. The Phoenix area offers a
fast-paced, technologically advanced setting where your leadership
in the OR can shine, and where you can see the tangible impact of
your dedication every day. Arizona’s allure goes beyond the
hospital walls. Phoenix’s sunlit days and vibrant, growing metro
area combine a high quality of life with access to outstanding
outdoor experiences. You’ll enjoy close proximity to iconic
landscapes—from scenic desert trails and desert botanical gardens
to nearby canyons and starlit skies. The region’s culinary scene,
arts, and communities provide balance to demanding shifts, while a
robust healthcare ecosystem supports your professional growth. And
for those curious about new horizons, this opportunity can expand
into assignments across the United States, offering you the chance
to experience a spectrum of hospital environments, patient
populations, and surgical specialties. The flexibility to explore
different facilities, sizes, and care models ensures you’ll
continually expand your clinical repertoire, all while returning to
the Phoenix base with fresh perspectives and renewed expertise. In
this role, you’ll own core responsibilities that empower you to
advance as a specialized OR nurse. Prepare and position patients,
assist with circulating duties and instrument handling, ensure
strict adherence to sterile technique and safety protocols, manage
equipment and pass instruments with precision, assist with
anesthesia-related activities as appropriate, and participate in
rigorous team briefings and timeouts to optimize surgical planning.
You’ll monitor patient status intraoperatively, document care
trajectories, coordinate with post-anesthesia teams, and
participate in postoperative reporting to ensure smooth handoffs.
The position also invites you to grow through ongoing professional
development, expanding your scope within the OR, pursuing specialty
certifications, and taking on leadership opportunities. You’ll
benefit from competitive compensation—weekly pay ranging from
$2,505 to $2,662, with guaranteed hours at 24 per week—plus a
sign-on bonus, housing assistance, and contract extensions designed
to deepen your expertise and stabilize your work-life rhythm.
You’ll never navigate travel alone; our 24/7 support team is
available to assist you, from onboarding to ongoing placement
needs, while you’re traveling with the company. Our company is
built on values that matter to healthcare professionals. We empower
you to shape your career, provide structured pathways for

and peer collaboration thrive. We invest in your success with

join a community that recognizes your contributions, respects your
professional autonomy, and champions your well-being as you deliver
compassionate, high-quality care in diverse OR settings. If you’re

technical excellence, patient advocacy, and real-world impact,
