Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Minimum 1 year experience
working as a CST. Completion of either an accredited surgical
technology program, or a military training program in surgical
technology. Certification requirements: The National Board of
Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA), or The
Certified Operating and Surgical Technician (CORST), or other
equivalent certification. BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support)/CPR
(Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation). Employee Heatlh Clearance
Required. Please provide the following immunizations: Current
Health Status Report ? Immunizations: (Proof of immunization or lab
evidence of immunity or disease) • MMR 1 & 2 • Varicella 1 & 2 •
Hepatitis B 1, 2, 3 • Tdap (Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis) within
the past 10 years • TB skin test (2 total with results) within
12months of onboarding or Quantiferon Gold • Influenza (October 1 –
March 31) • COVID vaccinations and 2023 Booster*
