Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team specifically
for Home Health services . This role is perfect for someone who

wants to empower families within their natural environments. The
Role at a Glance Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
(COTA) – Home Health Location: Home-Based Therapy (Serving Central
Phoenix and surrounding areas) Schedule: Monday–Friday (Saturdays
optional) Job Type: Part-Time with a clear path to Full-Time Pay:
Competitive; per-visit or hourly rates based on experience Why

mentorship from experienced OTRs. Your Responsibilities Deliver
Care: Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the OTR
to improve daily living skills, sensory processing, and motor
skills. Family Empowerment: Educate and coach parents and
caregivers on "home programs" that integrate therapy into daily
life. Clinical Excellence: Provide high-quality therapeutic
interventions under the supervision of a licensed OT.
Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate electronic records of
patient progress and home visits. Collaboration: Coordinate with
our interdisciplinary team (PT/SLP) to ensure holistic care for
every child. Requirements Licensure: Valid COTA license in the
state of Arizona. Pediatric Passion: Strong knowledge of (or a deep
desire to learn) pediatric intervention strategies. Reliability:
Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof
of insurance for travel to home visits. Communication: Ability to
work independently while maintaining excellent communication with
the supervising OT and the office. Attitude: Professional,
compassionate, and ready to meet families where they are. Company
