RN in Phoenix, Arizona, 85013! Job Title: Registered Nurse

Shift: 12H Days Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2

Must-Have: Must have Level I Trauma experience Description: The
role requires ICU RN experience with cardiac patient management.
Candidates must pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to acceptance, with
two attempts allowed. Travelers must have their own vehicles.
Natural hair color is required, and facial piercings are not
permitted. Men must be clean-shaven for fit testing. All RNs will
be expected to complete a skills assessment in Foley catheter
insertion and central line dressing changes on Day 1. Competence in
maintaining a sterile field is crucial for passing the skills
assessment. Strong IV skills are required, as there is no dedicated
IV team. The unit has a high patient acuity level and frequently
performs bedside procedures. Travelers may be required to float to
other units. Work schedule includes three weekend shifts over a
four-week period and holidays as part of the shift rotation.
Patient care ratio is 1:1 to 2, with a high number of 1:1
assignments. Common patient diagnoses include cardiac surgery
recovery, various advanced cardiac support scenarios, and thoracic
surgeries. The facility offers 24/7 access to respiratory and
