winners. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the
Cardiac Cath Lab setting. Engage in continuous learning to enhance
clinical skills. Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures
in the lab. Participate in ongoing professional development and
training. Contribute to achieving departmental targets and goals.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes. Educate
patients and families about procedures and post-care. Adhere to
safety protocols and infection control measures. Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain
accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Provide support
during emergency situations in the lab. Evaluate and improve care
processes based on performance metrics. Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Arizona with Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous
learning. Strong understanding of cardiac procedures and patient
care protocols. Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams. Ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced, results-driven environment. Proficiency in monitoring
vital signs and recognizing changes. Knowledge of safety protocols
and infection control measures. Experience with patient education
and family support regarding procedures. Ability to document
patient care accurately and timely. Experience in evaluating and
