How you'll contribute A Wound Care RN who excels in this role: primarily provides patient care handles intake and discharge processes for the Wound Care Center patients as scheduled. may also serve as a Case Manager to a group of assigned Wound Care Center patients, as assigned and depending on the Wound Care Center setup. What we're looking for Applicants should have an Associates Degree in Nursing Required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred.
