Job Description:
Job Summary The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing
care within an assigned unit, delivering individualized,
age-specific, and direct bedside care in alignment with the nursing
process and patient needs. This role collaborates with
interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care planning and ensure
optimal patient outcomes. Serves as a clinical leader by assessing,
planning, delegating, and exercising independent judgment in
directing other healthcare staff in the provision of safe,
effective care. Evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing
practice, supporting patient goals, and ensuring safety guidelines
and work practices. Promotes safe and efficient patient throughput
in a high-volume acute care setting to optimize workflow and daily
operations in a procedure-driven facility. Key duties include
directing patient care, participation in hourly rounding, and

Experience: 1 year of acute care experience in Emergency Department
or Intensive Care Unit Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited
nursing school Certification: License to practice as a Registered
Nurse in the State of Arizona, BLS, ACLS are required at time of
hire Preferred Requirements Experience: 2 years of acute care
experience in Emergency Department or Intensive Care Unit
