Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered
Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional,

- Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based
nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient. -
Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with the
needs and comfort of the patient. - Demonstrates accountability for
own ethical behavior, and supports ethical practice by addressing
and/or escalating issues. - Serves as an advocate for patients
needs by demonstrating holistic care practices. - Demonstrates the
ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients condition
(i.e. Lab, vitals, signs and test values) in a timely and
clinically appropriate manner. - Utilizes SBAR format tool to
notify physicians, and other providers of clinical findings,
performs nurse-to-nurse report at the bedside. Position Summary:
Assess patient/family health problems and resources taking a
leadership role in the development implementation and outcomes
evaluation of a plan for nursing care. - Provides professional
nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient
populations. - Position requires providing service to one or more
age groups including young adults through geriatric patients in a
manner that demonstrates an understanding of the
functional/developmental age of the individual served. - Position
requires the full understanding and active participation in
fulfilling the Mission of the organization. - It is expected that

accredited school of nursing. - AZ RN license or RN License from a
Compact State. - One year recent acute care experience. - American
Heart Association Basic Life Support certification. - ACLS within 6
months of start or transfer - Excellent written and interpersonal
communication skills. - Basic Computer Skills. Preferred: -

Pay Range $35.00 - $58.63 /hour
