Registered Nurse (OR RN General) Phoenix and Tucson Competitive Pay
Based on Experience Are you an experienced OR RN who thrives in a
fast-paced surgical environment? Were seeking a confident,
team-oriented Operating Room Registered Nurse to support multiple
surgical service lines and deliver exceptional perioperative care.
This is a great opportunity to work alongside skilled surgeons and
anesthesia providers while making a direct impact on patient safety
and surgical outcomes. What Youll Do Provide high-quality
perioperative nursing care for surgical patients Perform thorough
patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Assist
with patient prep, positioning, intraoperative monitoring, and
post-procedure handoff Support efficient case flow in collaboration
with surgeons and anesthesia teams Participate in time-outs,
surgical counts, and safety protocols Maintain sterile field and
adhere to infection control and patient safety standards Monitor
patient status and respond quickly to clinical changes Accurately
document all care in the electronic medical record Uphold nursing
standards and regulatory requirements What Were Looking For Active,
unrestricted Arizona RN license AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
Minimum 2 years of OR experience Recent Operating Room experience
within the last 6 months BLS & ACLS required Strong assessment,
time-management, and critical-thinking skills Ability to work
independently in a fast-moving surgical setting Current physical
and TB test (within the last year) Preferred Experience General OR
/ perioperative background Experience across multiple service lines
(General Surgery, Ortho, ENT, Urology, etc.) Strong communication
