the Role: Our ideal candidate is someone with experience and
success in a director role and is looking for high in-person
engagement to cultivate our community of resilient clients and
staff. This person has an innovative mind, a collaborative heart,
and a natural balance that promotes rigid-flexibility needed to
drive progress over perfection. The role is highly cross-functional
and strategic, requiring creative and analytical thinking and close
work with Key Decision Makers and all departments to apply
quantitative and qualitative data to guide strategy and determine
success. While collaborative and innovative, the Clinical Program
Director is also passionately accountable to objective performance
measures. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Uphold the mission and core values
of Counseling4Kids. Ensure smooth and effective clinical and
administrative operations, delivering high-quality services.
Support agency growth and sustainability while continuously
monitoring the pulse and performance of the clinical department.
Constant and consistent effective communication with staff and
stakeholders CLINICAL: Oversee all clinical programs through
day-to-day operations management and clinical supervisor
supervision. Ensure the quality of all clinical services and
program effectivenessare clear and measurable by key performance
indicators. Develop and implement new clinical programs based on
community needs evolve and ensure a dynamic range of services are
available. Ensure clinical fidelity to treatment models and
protocols while working with Compliance & Quality to ensure
appropriate lengths of stay for clients. Collaborates with
Compliance & Quality Assurance to ensure operations, policies,
procedures, and documentation meet all compliance requirements as
determined by governing bodies Ensure sufficient training by
clinicians and supervisors. Monitor and ensure compliance with the
DMH contract and the policies and procedures outlined in the LA
County Organizational Provider's Manual for Specialty Mental Health
Services, including: Maintain current knowledge of County and State
quality improvement and clinical documentation mandates,
guidelines, and protocols. Assist with grant and proposal writing
for funding clinical programs. Participate in community outreach,
marketing, and public relations for clinical programs, including
presentations to community organizations, funders, potential
donors, referral sources, and community partners. Act as liaison
with DMH, attend DMH and various Provider meetings as assigned.
Participate as a contributor in management team meetings, including
agency-wide decision-making and strategic planning. FINANCIAL:
Ensure the funding stream is maximizedand monitor progress
regularly. Resolves programmatic issues that impede the program
from meeting budgetary expectations Monitor clinical programs'
performance and compliance to ensure they meet budgetary
expectations. Assist with preparing clinical department and program
budgets in collaboration with the Chief Executive Director and
program directors/managers. Prepare reports for agency Board
meetings and attend Board meetings as requested by the Chief
Executive Officer and Board of Directors. CULTURE: Champion company

change. Knowledge of data analytics and how to effectively use for
decisions pertaining to clinical operations and agency growth.
Ability to develop and efficiently implement department/agency
initiatives. Supervisor Responsibility This position oversees the
Clinical Department and directly supervises the Assistant Clinical
Program Director, Clinical Supervisor II (s), Clinical Supervisors
I(s), Licensed Therapists, Clinical Associates, Case Managers,
Mental Health Rehab Specialists, and practicum students, as
applicable. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: - Must be currently Licensed in
California as either an LCSW or LMFT. - Minimum of 3 years
counseling experience. - Minimum of 5 years of Director or
Executive level management experience. - Knowledge of LA County DMH
and Medi-Cal procedures. - Experience with Exym EHR. - Knowledge of
Microsoft Office suite of products and various other business
software - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful. EEO Statement:
