Shift: 12 Hour Nights (United States of America) Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide exceptional care to
expectant mothers, their newborns, and families throughout the
labor, delivery, and postpartum stages. This role requires a strong
clinical skill set, effective communication, and the ability to
respond calmly in high-pressure situations. Key Responsibilities: -
Patient Care: Assess, monitor, and manage the physical and
emotional well-being of patients during labor, delivery, and
recovery. - Fetal Monitoring: Perform and interpret fetal heart
rate monitoring and other diagnostic tests to ensure maternal and
fetal health. - Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and other
healthcare professionals during deliveries, including assisting
with cesarean sections or emergency procedures. - Provide care and
education to new mothers on breastfeeding, infant care, and
postpartum recovery. - Administer prescribed medications, IV
fluids, and epidurals while monitoring for any adverse reactions. -
Respond quickly to obstetric emergencies, including hemorrhage,
fetal distress, or neonatal complications. Sign on and relocation

Associate Degree in Nursing • State of New Mexico or Compact State
Nursing License • BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire We're
