Abrazo Arrowhead Campus is currently hiring a Full-Time ICU RN for our Night Shift (7PM–7:30AM). Position Summary As a Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit, you'll provide individualized, direct bedside care to critically ill patients, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and utilize your clinical judgment to lead care delivery. This role includes: Monitoring and managing patients requiring advanced cardiac, neuro, or hemodynamic support Using evidence-based practice and the nursing process to develop patient care plans Supervising and delegating tasks to members of the healthcare team Participating in hourly rounding and maintaining a safe, patient-centered environment Taking charge responsibilities when needed Why Abrazo Arrowhead?
