Seeking a Medical Oncologist to join a non-profit integrated medical group in Phoenix! This position is part of a physician-owned not-for-profit organization that currently employs over 400 physicians and allied health professionals. Opportunity Primarily outpatient Join two board-certified Oncologists (both have been with the practice 10-15 years) Average daily patient load: 8-10 follow up and 2 new patients- outpatient clinic Light call - 1:3 ( consultative) On call week 0-4 consults in adjoining hospital Residents and Medical Students rotate through clinic H1 and J1 visa sponsorship available Compensation/Benefits: Compensation based on regional market trends $30,000 sign-on bonus 4 weeks vacation / 1 week CME,$4,000 stipend 10 paid holidays Medical/Dental/Vision insurance Life Insurance, Long Term Disability, AD&D insurance 401K with employer match Paid medical malpractice insurance with tail coverage Phoenix, Arizona - Valley of the Sun Phoenix boasts lush desert landscapes, numerous hiking trails, luxury accommodations, iconic sunsets, a vibrant downtown, and an array of award-winning cuisines.
