Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Phoenix, AZ Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,797 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory Therapy Specialty: Respiratory Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 Hour Days Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience License: Must have a valid state respiratory therapy license Certifications: BLS Certification, Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) via NBRC Must-Have: Must be able to assist with bronchoscopies. Must be proficient with at least one of the following: Servo I, Jets, Oscillators. Must have 2 years of strong ICU experience and prefer NICU experience. Must have RRT certification. Description: Position requires a strong understanding of respiratory care practices and procedures. The role involves daily assessments and procedures, with an expected volume of 35-40 procedures per day. Proficiency in adult care is required, with additional qualifications for NICU care preferred. The therapist will run all ventilators, BiPAP, V60, and CPAP machines. Responsibilities include responding to clinical response team calls, performing arterial blood gas tests, and communicating effectively within a high-acuity environment. Teamwork and strong time management skills are essential for this position. Weekend shifts are required, with every other weekend or 4 shifts per month included. Holiday rotations will apply based on unit coverage. The position requires wearing designated scrubs during shifts.
