Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiac Catheterization Lab Location: Phoenix, AZ Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,257 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Mindlance Health to find a qualified Cath Lab RN in Phoenix, Arizona, 85001! ID: 74839089 Shift: 12H Days 12 hr days, plus call, 4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks, holidays based on unit coverage Description: Unit Solutions Pre-Screens; IF RECOMMENDED, AUTO OFFERLEVEL I TRAUMA EXPERIENCE; WILL SCREEN BUSY LEVEL II3, 12 hour shifts 6 am-6:30 pm plus call.Call -varied 6 to 10 shifts per schedule (30 minute response time required)RN- Az License, BLS and ACLS RequiredTech- Az ARRT and MRTBE Required, BLS and ACLSRNs circulate, Techs must be able to scrub.- Unit: Cath Lab- beds: 3 main and 1 is EP & 1 is Hybrid (does both vascular & cardiac cases)- Certs: BLS, ACLS. AZ license required for Techs- Cases: 10-25 cases per day. Circulating, no Scrub- EMR: Cerner and Xper- Charge Nurse: Yes- Nurse Aides: Rad techs - Circulating and Scrub, BLS, Certified. Cover Endo and CVOR.- Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule- Holidays: Work into rotation.- Scrub Color: Provided- Tele :Phillips- Vents: NA- IV Team: No- RT 24/7: Yes- Pharmacy 24/7: Yes- Shifts: 12 hr shifts. 6-630, M-F. - Call: 8-12 days a month depending on the month- Floor specific orientation: 2 days on job.- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Interventional, EP lab, peripherals, EP - cardiology and vascular, mitro clip, TAVR, IABP and Emtala placement.- Additional Notes: 30 minute response time. Use Phillips and Siemens equipment.
