experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel
assignment at Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona.
This role offers the opportunity to provide specialized patient
monitoring and care in a respected cardiac-focused hospital while
expanding your professional expertise. Assignment Details -
Facility: Tenet Healthcare / Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital –
PCU/Telemetry Unit - Location: Phoenix, Arizona - Start Date:
December 16, 2025 – December 29, 2025 - Duration: 13 weeks -
Schedule: 19:00 – 07:30 (12-hour night shifts) - Hours: Standard
contract, 36 hours per week Responsibilities - Monitor patients
requiring continuous cardiac and vital sign observation. -
Interpret telemetry data and respond promptly to changes in patient
status. - Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
to develop and implement care plans. - Administer medications and
treatments in accordance with hospital protocols. - Educate
patients and families on conditions, recovery, and discharge
instructions. - Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety
standards, and evidence-based practices. Minimum Qualifications -
Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. - 2 years of
Telemetry experience in an acute care setting. - Strong clinical
assessment skills with the ability to respond quickly to patient
needs. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred
Qualifications - Travel nursing experience in Telemetry or
progressive care units. - Advanced certifications such as ACLS. -
Adaptability to diverse patient populations and clinical
