Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Days Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Level I Trauma experience Description: Seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Cath Lab. The position involves 12-hour shifts from 6 am to 6:30 pm, with additional on-call requirements. Call shifts vary from 6 to 10 per month, requiring a 30-minute response time. Candidates must hold an active license and certifications in BLS and ACLS. Experience in circulating cases within a fast-paced Cath Lab environment is necessary. The unit consists of 3 main beds and includes various cases involving interventional procedures, electrophysiology, and vascular operations. The charting system utilized is Cerner. This role includes working weekends and holidays as part of the rotation. Weekend requirements are 4 shifts per 4-week schedule. Nurse aides and rad techs support the unit, ensuring a collaborative work environment.
