Hospice - Physician at BANNER HEALTH - Banner Health summary: The Hospice Physician position involves providing remote medical direction and support to a multidisciplinary home care and hospice team in Northern Colorado. The role requires board certification or eligibility in a relevant specialty, with fellowship training in Hospice & Palliative Medicine preferred but not mandatory. This position serves the growing community in Northern Colorado in partnership with the current care team. Utilizing a multidisciplinary approach, the qualified candidate will provide remote support to the Home Care & Hospice team of Advanced Practice Providers.
