Job Description Primary care clinics offering primary & pediatrics care, behavioral health services, lab services and more in Phoenix is seeking experienced physicians for permanent opportunities. Schedule: 8am – 5 pm with an hour lunch from 12-1pm Job Responsibilities • Evaluating and treating clinic patients in accordance with standards of care • Following levels of medical care and quality for patients and monitoring care using available data and chart reviews • Completing all medical record documentation in a timely manner • Building relationships with other healthcare providers, social/community organizations, and marketing partners • May include extended hours • This position requires 100% on-site work at the care center location and may also involve movement between clinics as needed • Perform all other duties as assigned Qualifications • Current and unrestricted Arizona medical license • Graduated from an accredited MD or DO program • BLS certification • Active AZ fingerprint clearance card • Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license (will need to be available for the first 30 days of hire) is seeking experienced physicians for permanent opportunities.
