Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Phoenix, Arizona. Job

Opportunity: RN - Acute Care Job Details: • Work 12-hour shifts on
T8 - Trauma, Ortho, Surgical unit with 30 beds • Patient ratios of
1:4-5 • Weekend requirement: 3 shifts in a 4-week period • Holiday
work integrated into permanent staff rotation • Required
certifications: BLS, ACLS • Minimum 2 years telemetry experience
required • Must have Level 1 trauma experience • Must pass
dysrhythmia exam prior to acceptance (2 attempts allowed) •
Floor-specific orientation: 2 shifts • Floating required to
Observation, VMU, T6, T5, 6N, 5N MedSurg, and all medical-surgical
and telemetry units • Must pass Day 1 SIMs Lab for Foley catheter
insertion and central line dressing changes (pass/fail) • Care for
transplant patients post-op day 1, Whipple procedures, spine
surgeries, orthopedic joints, and trauma cases • Use Cerner EMR
system and Phillips telemetry equipment • Work with BiPAP and CPAP
ventilation equipment • Navy scrubs required • Must have natural
hair color with no facial piercings • Men must be clean-shaven for
fit test • Must have own vehicle for travel • 50-mile radius rule
