Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Operating Room Location: Phoenix, AZ Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,785 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiovascular Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 24 months minimum current CVOR experience License: Active Arizona or Compact nursing license Certifications: - Active American Heart Association ACLS - Active American Heart Association BLS - Active American Heart Association PALS Must-Have: - Candidates must have an Arizona home address on their driver's license - Nursys cannot show any hits on the license at the time of submission - Flu vaccination status must be included in submission notes Description: Candidates should possess experience in the Cardiovascular Operating Room. Travelers must be pre-closed and ready to accept the assignment. All requested time off (RTO) must be clearly stated and cannot exceed 7 days. No RTO will be approved during the first week of the assignment or on holidays. All potential locations and shifts the candidate is willing to work in should be indicated. Submissions must include a complete cover page with all relevant information. Resumes should detail all facilities, including size, beds, trauma level, and units worked. Candidates' vaccination status must be documented. All certifications must be current and valid as per listed requirements.
