Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities We are offering
a $10K sign on bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility
requirements. Tower 7 at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center
is a 24 bed Cardiovascular Telemetry Unit. Our staff are trained in
providing specialized care to patient populations including Post
Acute Cardiac Surgery, Post STEMI/NSTEMI, Minor Vascular Surgery,
and Advanced Heart Failure patients with or without LVAD
destination therapy. Patient safety is always at the forefront of

providing consistent and effective patient-centered care. Job
Responsibilities: - Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac
rhythms on telemetry monitors, identifying and reporting any
abnormalities or changes (e.g., arrhythmias, ischemia, heart
block). - Assess for signs and symptoms of cardiac compromise,
fluid overload, electrolyte imbalances, and medication side
effects. - Monitor vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure,
respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, temperature) and hemodynamic
parameters. - Communicate effectively with physicians, nurse
practitioners, physician assistants, other nurses, and ancillary
staff regarding patient status, changes, and concerns. - Educate
patients and families on their specific cardiac condition, disease
