Job Summary and Responsibilities Dignity Health Medical Group -
Arizona is actively seeking highly patient-centric physicians to
join the Family Medicine Department at our Peppertree Clinic in
Phoenix, Arizona. Opportunity Highlights: Outpatient only Mon-Fri,
no evenings or weekends Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5
regular Call is 1:8 or 9 36 patient-facing hours, 4 admin hours Avg
18-24 patients per day Social worker onsite Access to Clinical
Pharmacist Excellent Behavioral Health resources Academic
appointment at Creighton University School of Medicine,
Phoenix–Open rank based on prior experience and academic output
Teaching Medical students, Physician Assistant Students, and other
learners. Opportunities to get involved in both sponsor and

Job Requirements MD or DO Degree BC/BE in Family Medicine
Completion of an ACGME accredited residency A passion for providing
clinically excellent care Must have or be eligible for Arizona
State medical licensure Ability to achieve full and unrestricted
