Interventional Pulmonary HonorHealth – Phoenix, Arizona Arizona State University John Shufeldt School of Medicine and Medical Engineering Primary Teaching Affiliate HonorHealth , a locally governed, non-profit , and Forbes-recognized Top Employer, is actively seeking a BC/BE Pulmonologist with fellowship training in Interventional Pulmonary. This is a hospital-employed position within the growing HonorHealth footprint in the Phoenix metro area, a regional destination for comprehensive, innovative care. Position Description: Perform advanced bronchoscopy procedures including EBUS-TBNA, navigational bronchoscopy, ION robotic bronchoscopy, and cryobiopsy for the diagnosis and staging of lung cancer and other pulmonary diseases. Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborate with thoracic surgery, radiation oncology, medical oncology, radiology, pathology, and pulmonary medicine to optimize patient care pathways Support inpatient consult services for complex pulmonary cases requiring interventional evaluation or urgent procedural management. Expand advanced lung cancer screening, incidental nodule programs, and rapid-access diagnostic pathways. Provide outpatient clinic services for longitudinal management of airway disorders, pleural conditions, and post-procedure follow-up. Engage in quality improvement initiatives focused on outcomes, safety, efficiency, and patient experience within the interventional pulmonary service line. Opportunities to participate in clinical trials, device innovation, thoracic oncology research, and teaching of residents, fellows, and advanced practice providers. Assist in the growth and strategic development of the Interventional Pulmonary Program, including community outreach and education for referring physicians.
