Job Description:
Position Description Provide advanced neonatal care in
collaboration with Neonatologists across three Level III–IV NICUs
(with affiliated high-risk delivery services). Expanding services
to six Level II Special Care Nurseries in the Phoenix area, in
addition to two Level IIIa and two Level II nurseries across
Arizona. Responsibilities include: Attending high-risk deliveries
(shared with Neonatologists). Providing care for all infants in the
NICU. Evening shift coverage in Level III–IV NICUs alongside
Neonatologists. 24/7 in-house coverage for Level II nurseries, with
daily Neonatologist rounds and in-person support for emergencies.
Flexible scheduling with a mix of 12- and 24-hour shifts to suit
provider and team needs. No transport duties.
