Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: Minimum of 24 months of current ICU experience required License: Active license required Certifications: ACLS (AHA), NIH, BLS (AHA) Must-Have: Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept. No license hits will be accepted. Description: Candidates must have a minimum of 24 months of current ICU experience. Certifications must be from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross and active upon submission. Flu vaccination status must be included in submission notes. Declinations for the flu vaccine can be applied for. All request for time off (RTO) must be noted, with a maximum of 7 days, and cannot be approved during the first week of the assignment or holidays. Travel experience is preferred. All facilities the candidate is open to working in should be listed upon submission. All shifts the candidate is open to working on must be specified. All departments the candidate is willing to work in should be checked.
