Job Description Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel
nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Phoenix,
Arizona. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg /
Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/15/2025 Duration: 13 weeks
36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel
TRAVELERS COULD FLOAT TO SISTER FACILITY IN MESA DL needed at time
of submittal Prescreen manager review Clinician must take and pass
dysrhythmia exam within two attempts prior to signing contract. If
clinician fails to score 80% in two attempts, then they will be DNU
for CS AZ and Sacramento for 6 months. Radius Rule: 50 miles AND
candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any
facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity
within the past year. A pass/fail Sim Lab is also required on Day 1
of orientation (study guides provided with first day instructions).
Unit MS/Tele suites/average cases per day 16 beds Certs: BLS. ACLS
Charge Nurs:e N/A Call: N/A Weekend Requirement: Required to work
weekends in rotation with core staff Holidays: Yes (A or B) Scrub
Color: Navy Blue Tele: Yes Vents: No IV Team: No RT 24/7: Yes
Pharmacy 24/7: Yes (remote after 6pm) Shifts: 7a-7p and 7p-7a
Floating: Yes if needed to like facility - Mesa Floor specific
orientation: 2 days Common Procedures / Types of patients: MS/Tele,
