top of salary - CREATE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE within reason - NO WEEKEND
CALL - YOU CHOOSE how many patients/procedures per day you
see/perform - Commencement and relocation bonuses - Full benefits
package - For vacation purposes during your time off: * 3 hours
from Phoenix * 2 hours from Tucson * 8 hours from Las Vegas * 8
hours from San Diego Ideally located in southeastern Arizona, come
