Job Description:

work. Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Experience: • 24 months of role
experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have
at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the
past 3 years. • Travel experience is preferred from any number of
months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Arizona license or
compact license (required for submission). • This role will require
floating to multiple units • Travel only, local not allowed.
Candidates cannot live in the following states: Arizona. • Flu
vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical
declinations accepted. • 12 months between Staff at Program: AHSA
Program - Banner Health Pre-employment modules may be required for

Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: 24 months minimum
of current Level I Trauma ICU experience Required Credentials: No
License Hits Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be
less than a year old) Special Requests: No travel pairs or trios.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be
determined by facility On Call Requirements: On call schedule to be
determined by facility 7 days maximum time off. Start assignment
