Job Description Job Title: Family Medicine Physician - Location:
Arizona - Hours & Schedule: Full Time or Part Time (Open to 2-3
days / week or 4-5 days / week) - Work Environment: Outpatient
Clinic - Travel Required: No - Salary / Hourly Rate: $220,000 -
$250,000 / year - Bonus Offered: Performance-based bonus available

everything you do. Job Duties & Responsibilities: - Conduct patient
consultations to diagnose and manage a range of health concerns -
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans - Provide
preventive services including screenings, immunizations, and
patient education - Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to
ensure holistic care - Maintain thorough and accurate patient
documentation - Participate in ongoing quality improvement
initiatives - Keep current with advancements in family medicine
Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements: - Doctor of
Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree - Board
certification in Family Medicine - Valid Arizona medical license -
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a family medicine setting - Strong
diagnostic and clinical acumen - Experience with EHR systems
