Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • 6 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months. • 3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months. • 6 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required from the last 3 years Requirements: • Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Additional Details: An interview may not be available prior to offer. ER float positions will require floating between different ER satellite locations in the area. A home base facility will try to be established, however this may not be the facility the clinician is regularly at. A schedule will be made in advance, so clinicians is aware of what location they’ll be reporting to. No block scheduling. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Required to pass DYS exam PRIOR to accepting. 2 attempts DAY 1 PASS FAIL SIMs Lab: All RNs will be expected to complete SIMs Lab for Foley catheter insertion & central line dressing changes, with the exception of NyICU & ED. Weekend Requirement: At least 1 weekend per month. Holidays: Work into rotation. Scrub Color: Navy Tele: Phillips. RN to interpret EKG. Common diagnosis / Types of patients: 85% Oncology patients / 15% Tele medsurg. Surgical, medical, Oncology patients.
