The nursing process is defined as the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care pertinent to the individual patient. Per Diem Position Minimum Requirements - Associate's Degree in Nursing. - Active RN License in the state of Arizona or a compact license required. - 1 to 2 years experience preferred.
