Job Title - Hemodialysis (Pediatrics) Location - Phoenix, AZ
Shift -Days Expected Hours - 40 hours a week (10 hours a day, 4
shifts a week) Duration - 13 -26 weeks (extension available) Start

and partner facilities. Job Overview: This position works in
collaboration with the healthcare team, patient and family to
promote patient health through delivery of professional nursing
care appropriate to patients age and condition as documented in the
nursing and medical plans of care in accordance with evidence-based
nursing and patient care practice standards and hospital goals,
values and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Assess and
monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
Operate and monitor dialysis machines and related equipment.
Initiate and terminate dialysis treatment using established
procedures. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for
side effects. Educate patients and families about dialysis
procedures, dietary restrictions, medications, and home care.
Respond promptly to complications or emergencies during dialysis,
such as hypotension or clotting. Maintain accurate and detailed
patient records, including treatment logs and vital signs. Follow
infection control and safety standards to protect patients and
staff.
