Job Description:
Join a compassionate team of clinicians dedicated to improving
clients' lives through quality nursing care.
Assess health needs, develop care plans, and maintain medical
records.
Administer nursing services, advise clients and staff on health
maintenance, and provide case management.
Review daily schedules, ensure staff coverage, and monitor
medication administration and health status.
Handle incident reports, implement treatment orders, and perform
assessments for fall risk, skin integrity, and choking.
Attend IPPs, review MARs, manage medications, and oversee health
documentation.
Provide on-call support, develop medication support plans, and
ensure compliance with health standards.
Qualifications include RN license or nursing degree, valid
driver--------s license, 1+ year of nursing experience, with
supervisory experience preferred.
Minimal travel may be required. Salary: approximately
$75,005/year.
