  • AZ License
  • 2 years ICU experience required in large (450+)
  • Must have Level 1 Trauma Experience
  • Mus have EVD Experience
  • Must have strong neuro assessment skills and ICP monitoring experience
  • 6 months travel experience
  • BLS
  • ACLSAdditional Details
    • Must pass dysrhythmia exam prior to acceptance, traveler has 2 attempts
    • Required to float between all ICU floors, and all Tele Units. Will get a patient load of 4:1 on tele. 1st to float
    • No First time traveler
    • EMR Cerner
    • # beds 32 beds
